Re-imagining Dublin’s aging office districts

By November 16, 2013January 7th, 2014Project Updates

The planning NEXT Team is excited to be working again with the city of Dublin. The team is assisting with the analysis of two of the cities key office districts. (Together they comprise nearly 10% of the central Ohio inventory.) The viability and competitiveness study includes addressing the challenges facing the aging Metro Center and Blazer Parkway office parks. Recent findings from the team’s research and analysis reveal shifting preferences for office locations with more amenities, greater a mix of uses, and enhanced walkability.  The team will work closely with the city’s planning and economic development staff to craft a set of strategic policy, project and program recommendations.
