The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with leadership to produce high-quality, attractive, and concise responses for public bids and requests for proposals (RFPs) related to community and urban planning projects.

Internships/Co-ops

All Internships for Summer 2025 have been filled.

We help prepare planning and marketing students to make a positive impact in the profession. Our interns/co-ops work between 20-40 hours per week throughout the academic year, depending on their class schedule. Interns/co-ops must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. Candidates should have a strong interest in community engagement and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and produce high-quality work. For planning interns/co-ops, proficiency in MS Office software and ArcGIS is required. For marketing interns/co-ops, proficiency in MS Office software and Adobe Creative Suite are required, while other graphic skills are a plus.

We are always looking for skilled interns/co-ops. We will be accepting applications for Fall 2025 internships mid-Summer 2025.
