Our passionate practice is seeking a talented addition who shares our belief that in every community there is a better future. This individual will work closely with leadership to produce high-quality, attractive, and concise proposal responses for public bids and requests for proposals (RFPs) related to community and urban planning projects. To be successful in this role, the Proposal Manager must be a strong communicator and writer, a quick learner with great aptitude for task management, and a supportive team member.

We help prepare planning students to make a positive impact in the profession. Our interns work at least 20 hours per week throughout the academic year and must be currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with the Knowlton School of Architecture. Candidates should have a strong interest in community engagement and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and produce high-quality work. Proficiency in MS Office software is required and ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic skills are a plus.
