We are pleased to announce that GroveCity2050 has been honored with an award from the American Planning Association’s Ohio Chapter! The award recognizes GroveCity2050 for Comprehensive Planning (Small Jurisdiction) and a process included robust public engagement coupled with strong technical analysis. GroveCity2050 drew from the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission’s insight2050 projections to address significant population growth and changing market realities in order to update the City’s development policies for the first time since 1999. Planning NEXT facilitated the process, in close collaboration with the City and steering committee, working with subconsultant Randall Gross / Development Economics.
