US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan came to Columbus to announce a nearly $30 million federal grant that will help transform the site of a former public-housing complex and the surrounding Near East Side neighborhood. Congratulations to the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, the City of Columbus, The Ohio State University and the Near East Community.
