Big day in Dayton, Ohio! Gov. Mike DeWine was in town to announce a $35 Million grant for the onMain Innovation Hub. “The new OnMain Innovation Hub will bring together the region’s best academic institutions, industry leaders, government partners and our nation’s military to drive advancements in national defense and aviation — two industries that Dayton knows so very, very well,” said Gov. DeWine.
For six years, Planning NEXT has been the shoulder-to-shoulder partner of the region’s main anchor institutions, the University of Dayton and Premier Health. From facilitating the once-in-a-generation visioning of onMain, to leading the master planning process, branding, organizational development, and more, Planning NEXT has leveraged the practice’s significant university community experience to help bring an unprecedented, mixed-use vision to life.
Planning NEXT’s Andrew Souders was the chief integrator of the successful Innovation Hub grant request.
