Following from a very well received first phase of web-based public engagement for Imagine Westerville, a second phase has been launched as follow-up to the December 4 Community Choices Workshop.
The “Testing Scenarios” online tool is designed to help community members who could not participate in the workshop to share their preferences regarding choices and trade-offs of various alternatives. Imagine Westerville is testing three scenarios for future growth. These scenarios involve changes in land use and physical character of key strategic areas in the city. Users of the survey had the opportunity to share what they thought about the scenarios, first in general, community-wide terms, and then within each strategic location.
