Youngstown adopts redevelopment code

By May 7, 2013January 7th, 2014Project Updates

Congratulations to the City of Youngstown, Ohio for adopting the Redevelopment Code, a major update to the city’s zoning code.

The Redevelopment Code was developed as a means to implement the Youngstown 2010 Plan—and better guide how the City takes shape in the future. The previous code was conceived in 1969 and lacked the tools to address 21st century development challenges. The new code  supports the 2010 Plan’s land use, economic development and quality of life goals, and serves as the foundation for a new cleaner, greener and more prosperous community.
We are proud to have been part of the planning team led by Clarion Associates, that included McBride Dale Clarion, Farr Associates, and Global Green.
