On February 13, the City of North Olmsted, Ohio began their one-year process to update the community’s master plan by convening a citizen steering committee. Twenty-one volunteers will serve on the Committee for the Future and will be assisting with the development of the 2015 Master Plan for the City. During their first meeting, the group received an overview of the planning process and brainstormed about 1) the greatest opportunities in North Olmsted and 2) how best to get the citizens involved in the process.
Committee for the Future co-chair Greg Malone said, “I’m looking forward to working with our group of community-minded individuals, and excited about developing a plan that represents the wants and needs of our residents and can be implemented to create a better North Olmsted.”
