Her recent work on the Liberty Township, OH, Comprehensive Plan, the Licking County, OH, Development and Conservation Framework, the Millcreek Township, OH, Comprehensive Plan, and the Knox County, OH, Comprehensive Plan, has been vital in helping these areas navigate the challenges of rapid growth and the urban-rural interface. Bailey’s passion for preserving quality of place while planning for development and conservation is evident in her work. She has also lent her skillset to projects in Grand Rapids, MI; Kettering, OH; and Plainfield, IN, where her dedication to community-driven planning continues to leave a positive mark.
