At the September APA Ohio Planning Conference, planning NEXT’s Jamie Greene and City of Columbus Planning Administrator, Vince Papsidero presented Planning for the Creative Class: Collaborative Shaping of the East Franklinton Neighborhood. Creative district planning was led by Goody Clancy and was recognized the 2013 Congress for the New Urbanism in Salt Lake City.
Look Before You Leap: Preparation for Successful Public Engagement was presented by planning NEXT’s Jamie Greene and Sarah Bongiorno and Autumn Williams, project manager for PACT’s Blueprint for Community Investment.
Also at the conference, Plan Cincinnati received the American Planning Association (APA) Ohio Award for Comprehensive Planning in a Large Jurisdiction. planning NEXT’s Jamie Greene served as a key consultant for the public engagement and strategic policy development.
