Michael Curtis, AICP will present Making Old Office Parks New Again at the American Planning Association’s National Conference in Seattle, Washington, which will take place from April 18-21, 2015. Michael will be presenting with Claudia Husak, AICP, Zoning Review Manager from the City of Dublin, Ohio and Jeremiah Rowan, Economic Development Director, from the City of Independence, Ohio.
The session will cover how changing markets create challenges for once highly regarded suburban office districts. It will focus on how Dublin and Independence are addressing the health and viability of their office districts with innovative economic development approaches.
