Thank you to the MORPC #CommuterChallenge for inspiring us to make an extra effort to make sustainable-mode commutes during the month of June! Over 50% of our staff’s total trips to and from work were by means other than single occupancy vehicle, including biking, busing, carpooling and walking (for a total of over 200 miles!). And congrats on Central Ohio’s success, with a reduction of 95,531 vehicle miles traveled and 72,580 pounds of greenhouse gases diverted from entering the atmosphere!
