We are thrilled to welcome Josie Stiver to the Planning NEXT team as our newest planner!
Josie brings a dynamic blend of enthusiasm, forward-thinking, and an ability to engage deeply with communities. In her time at Planning NEXT, she has already contributed to several projects, including PLAN Carbondale, a comprehensive plan for Carbondale, Illinois; Imagine Swarthmore, a comprehensive plan for Swarthmore, Pennsylvania; and Centerville Forward, a comprehensive plan for Centerville, Ohio. Her desire to create more equitable, sustainable, and connected communities shines through in everything she does.
Josie recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. During her time in school, she developed a passion for community engagement, climate migration, multimodal transit, and equitable land use. Now, she can further explore those interests and use her skills as a natural communicator and big-picture thinker to support the Planning NEXT team in helping communities grow stronger and more resilient.
